It can sometimes happen that the delivery of your product is slightly delayed, but this never takes longer than 2 hours. Please also check your spam folder after this time. Still not found? Then contact us via our contact form. Please mention your order number and the email address you entered when placing your order. We will then manually send you your product by email.

Mijn Uittreksels is an intermediary for requesting extracts from the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce but is not part of the KVK. At www.mijnuittreksels.nl you can easily and quickly order your extract without logging in, and you can request your VAT invoice via our contact form, which you will receive immediately by email.

As a Private Limited Company you have a unique RSIN. You will also find this on the extract, provided it concerns a BV.

Unfortunately, you can no longer cancel your order after payment and you have no right to withdrawal or any form of refund. Immediately after your payment, our systems retrieve the necessary data you requested from the Chamber of Commerce and it is purchased directly. Even if you have not received the product by email, you cannot claim a refund for this reason, but can only request us to resend your product to the same or a different email address. We will of course help you with this quickly.

After a change in the Trade Register, it may take a number of working days before these changes have been processed. You will receive a confirmation from the KvK once the changes have been implemented. Only after that will the updated details also be visible on the extract you order. Please take this into account and order your extract after confirmation of the change.

Have you received an incorrect attachment? Then contact us immediately via our customer service. Please indicate that we have sent an incorrect extract and request us to send the correct one. We will send you within 1 working day the correct document.
